At Sheriff Hutton Primary School we believe that educational visits benefit our children in many ways, and can be inspiring, positive experiences that not only enhance learning and understanding, but also support children’s social and personal development.
Our educational visits can:
Children in all classes participate in learning beyond the classroom, the visits are carefully planned to support our curriculum aims whilst ensuring the children are safe. All our visits are planned and organised in line with North Yorkshire’s guidance and are submitted to the Evolve management system for approval. All visits are fully inclusive and adaptations are made where necessary to ensure the involvement of all of our children.
