The last few years have been very challenging for our children in many ways, disruptions caused by the Covid19 pandemic has resulted in them missing a significant amount of time in school and this has impacted upon their education.
At Sheriff Hutton School we are working together as school community to ensure we catch up for any lost learning time and address any gaps in the children’s knowledge and skills. We have a range of programmes and plans in place to do this.

We are able to offer school led tuition sessions for some of our children. These sessions are led by our class teachers and teaching assistants.
