World Book Day 2015
On Thursday 5th March 2015 the children at Sheriff Hutton Primary School took part in a reading extravaganza!
Throughout the day we shared some of our favourite books and the reasons why we love them. At the end of the day we shared these ideas with other children in sachool. We also had the opportunity to take part in different World Book Day activities.
We shared features and articles on the computers.
We performed simple plays and scenes from our favourite books.
We listened to others reading or just had a quiet read by ourselves.
We completed simple book reviews.
It was a great day and we all found new books we can’t wait to read ourselves!
